Deep Dive: Breaking & Making Habits Part 2 of 3

Biting our nails, eating too quickly and distractedly, watching too much on our digital devices, texting while driving. All bad habits.
Some deeply entrenched habits can be really difficult to break, even when we really want to.
Sometimes we believe we have overcome a habit, but when we get stressed or very tired it starts to creep its way back into our behaviors. At other times, being with certain people or doing certain activities reactivates old habits we thought we had gotten rid of for good.
Some of our habits result from strong lineage patterns that are passed down—and which often intensify—generation after generation.
When habits start to work their way into our sense of identity (“it’s just the way I do things” or “this is just the way I am”), or intertwine into our pain bodies—such that when our pain bodies activate, these habits get stronger or more noted—higher frequencies are required to disentangle and remove them.
Conversely, when there are patterns that we want to take on, we can be blocked by distortion patterns even if we intellectually recognize that it would more beneficial to establish these new habits.

- Remove the lineage and cultural patterns that intensify habits and fuel low self-worth or non-deserving of being free of these habits
- Give you more momentum on spirit level to overcome the habitual patterns so you’re not relying on sheer willpower
- Raise your frequency vibration so bad habits become uncomfortable or less desirable to you
- Increase your ability to choose which habits to keep, and remove the blocks that prevent you from establishing habits that you want
- Set the foundation for good habits that help you to live a more vibrant, abundant and vital life with less effort.
