From a frequency perspective, this is a critical practice to help you strengthen internally, so you can better maintain your frequency resonance and not be as susceptible to being pulled off center or as affected by external influences.
When you’re holding your space, you’re more free to feel and to be authentically you.
The more you can stay centered in the zero point, the stronger internally you become, and the better you can hold your space. This is super important for everyone, but is even more critical for empaths who often find themselves more easily overwhelmed in the emotional experiences and density of others.
