The first time I heard about the integration period that can happen after frequency work is received (that’s often referred to as “detox”) I kinda rolled my eyes.

I mean seriously, were people really that in need of drama?

And then I went through a super tough time purging out a whole bunch of fear.

Turns out, it wasn’t something that people just made up 😬

Over time, I noticed that I started to expect a certain kind of experience when I integrated.

And if I didn’t have it, I wondered if anything had happened, even though on another level I was aware that it had.

As we all have risen in our frequency resonance or vibrational level, the nature of what was called detox or integration has changed into a higher level of re-organization.

In this episode, we talk about our greatest challenge when it comes to this new kind of re-organization, and how we can inadvertently limit our own growth if we attach to the way things have been.

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you to be more in the flow of the re-organization so it can be a more effective and efficient process, clearer of your expectations of what it should be!

Without clearing these distortions, you can limit the level of re-organization you experience—which ultimately impacts how much you’re able to change and grow.
