When I first discovered frequency work and started releasing my own distortion patterns, boy, did I ever wrestle with fear.

It was such a strong pattern for me, permeating so much of my life. I’d done an AH-mazing job of coping with it by being extremely controlling. Oy. 🙄

So not fun.

Finally, though, I’d had enough. I wanted to feel freer. To feel more joy. To feel more momentum and transformation in my life.

As I threw myself into releasing my distortion patterns, I became really good at tracking them. I recognized the emotions and thoughts that would signal to me that there were yet more layers of distortion patterns there. Ready to be released.

What I didn’t realize back then is that there are 6 foundational distortion patterns that are so entrenched in the human experience that they’re invisible to us. We just believe that it’s the way life is.
