One of my first, for real “spiritual” workshops was led by a man named Michael Harner, who’d written THE book on shamanism (I had no idea, but Chris, however, was super excited!).
In a random hotel conference room in San Francisco, with drums beating, we were introduced to the ancient native tradition of projecting your consciousness into different realms.
Turns out, I was a natural.
In fact, it slowly dawned on me in that workshop that I’d been able to project my consciousness my whole life.
Whenever I wanted to feel more connection, explore the Mystery, delve into the Oneness, I always projected my consciousness out of my body. I mean, isn’t that what you were supposed to do?
It turns out that I was doing what many of us just assume is “the way” to connect with the higher realms, the divine—but what we don’t realize is that it’s unstable and there’s a MUCH more empowered way to find the infiniteness of the All That Is.
In this episode, we talk about what many people who meditate or who journey do, without realizing it, that totally diminishes your positive impact, disempowers you, and keeps you from being able to shift your reality.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) I created specifically to accompany this episode will help you to release the resistance to being fully centered in your body. It’s funny that we can resist this, even if we intellectually recognize that this is important.
Without clearing these layers of distortion patterns, you really can miss out on the brilliance of life.

SUMMARY:
You might be limiting yourself without even realizing it by making this one super-common mistake.
So many people who start a spiritual journey make the mistake of trying to feel, sense, or perceive by projecting their consciousness out of their body.
But you need to be centered IN your body in order to positively impact your reality, other people, to feel like you’re in alignment with time. And when you’re not firmly centered in your body, it’s WAY harder to hold your boundaries—with other people and their emotions, other energies, and even other types of beings.
A lot of people simply assume that they’re centered in their body, but have no idea that they’re actually not.
So in this episode, we’re discussing how to know whether you’re really in your power center, which also happens to be the place where you can expand your intuition, receive clarity and knowingness—not to mention spiritual awakening!
