I used to love gym class.

I hated sitting still in class all day, having to listen to teachers talk about something the government, or who knows who, thought I should be learning—but I gave precisely zero rats’ asses about.

But gym class was the exact opposite! It meant running around outside, learning new skills, and NOT wanting to poke my eyes out with a pencil because I was so bored.

I remember one gym class in particular we had to do this exercise where one person would stand on a small plastic stool. The rest of us would stand in two lines, across from each other, arms interlinked. The person on the stool would have to close their eyes and let themselves fall backwards into the group’s waiting arms.

Inevitably, there was one person who just couldn’t do it. They simply couldn’t let themselves fall backwards.

They were too afraid to let go.

It wasn’t until many years later, as my spiritual journey unfolded, that I learned that letting go is critical not only for accessing higher levels of frequency resonance, but it’s critical for having more ease, more richness—and even just way more fun in life!

In this episode of the podcast, we talk about what letting go means, why it’s so important at this particular time, and how to actually do it.

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) I created specifically to accompany this episode will help you to release the resistance to letting go. You’d be surprised how attached we can be to what we know. Even if we know it’s not good for us!

Without clearing these layers of distortion patterns, you create a lot more friction in all aspects of your life.

SUMMARY:

There’s 1 huge block that stops most people from gaining the momentum they need to really create meaningful change in their lives.

It’s something that you do to yourself, maybe without even recognizing it.

You might actually know intellectually that you have to do this one thing, but sometimes, needless fear keeps you stuck, caught circling in the same place.

In this episode, we’re talking about this dynamic, how to spot it, and how to move forward without having to try to power through it.
