Cultivating Passion for Life

When we’re facing challenges, when we’re feeling tired, or when things just seem kind of “meh,” it can be really easy to forget how juicy life can be.

Easy to get totally consumed on what’s going wrong and just stop noticing all the beauty there is around us, how much there is to celebrate in the world.

Many of us have the misconception that passion is about sexuality—something that we experience for or with another person, but passion is so much more than that, and absolutely does not require another.

Feeling passionate means that you’re completely in the present moment, centered in the body, aligned with and reveling in life and in all its glorious possibilities, feeling ALIVE!

There’s so much religious and lineage baggage leaving us believing that passion is inappropriate, sinful, frivolous, out of control and often leads us to make poor choices.

But cultivating passion from a higher perspective means opening ourselves to our innate wisdom. And when someone who’s highly resonating is passionate, it can be a powerful catalyst of momentum. It’s exciting and can uplift others around us. Passion is one of the keys to transformation.
