Centering Into the Zero Point

Often when we are off-center, scattered, out of focus, lost, depressed, anxious, worried, or fearful, we’re so stuck in the experience that we don’t realize that we’re out of what I call the “zero point of space and time.”

What is the zero point of space and time?

It’s our center point — the intersection of the two building blocks of our reality and how we render. (BTW, if you haven’t heard Karen’s take on how we render, we recommend watching Episode 97 of Mastering Your World Through Frequencies.)

If you’re not rendering in the zero point of space and time you may experience those low-resonating states listed above, and the further out the zero point you render the more likely it is that you’ll experience things like dark thoughts, possession, and/or feel suicidal.

Additionally, if you are not centered around the zero point in space and time your body can start to symptomize discomfort, pain, numbness, tingling, chronic injuries or lagging on one side, which can make it difficult to feel at ease in the body even though there is “nothing wrong” with you on the physical level.

Holding your space with others can be very challenging if you’re not firmly centered in the zero point, and it’s also extremely difficult to influence your reality in an empowered way.

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) will be split into two parts. The first will be releasing the distortions preventing you from being more in the zero point of space and time, and the second part is intentionally a brief 5-10 minute segment for you to keep on your phone or computer, for you to use to help pull you back into the zero point should you need a little extra momentum or assistance getting there in your day.

Until you master this, you cannot master your reality.
