For many of us who have indulged a little too much over the holiday period, this month is an excellent time to move into or return to eating in a way that is nourishing and supportive to our physical bodies, which in turn supports our spiritual acceleration.
What does that mean exactly? There are so many different kinds of diets all purporting to help you to lose weight, to cleanse, to be healthier. It can be confusing and a little overwhelming.
In this GFC, Karen works with your Higher Self to:
- Release distortion patterns that cause you to punish or sabotage yourself with what you eat or don’t allow yourself to eat
- Remove the distortion pattern of going unconscious or numb while you eat so that you’re not aware of what you’re eating or how much
- Let go of the pattern that you have to finish everything on your plate
- Clarify what feels good for your body to consume versus the emotional attachment we have to certain foods that we eat for comfort, as a reward or as distraction
- Raise your frequency level so that the right foods for you, the best type and time of eating, etc., become apparent or come into your awareness
- Amplify the level of unease you feel in the body when foods that are not that supportive enter your system so you become more aware of the ramifications of the choices you make
