I remember the day that I met Chris’s friend Shawn.

He is a very smart, funny guy who has a good sense about people. What was unusual about him was he had an ease about him that seemed greater than how old he was and how little experience he had.

No matter the challenge, he just knew that somehow he’d figure it out.

He’d undertake daunting home projects himself, and embark on business ventures that many would have thought were more than a little out of his skill set—because he had confidence in himself and his ability to work through any unexpected challenges that appeared.

Shawn had a level of confidence that many people wish they had, but relatively few actually do.

Why is that? In this week’s episode (Ep 157) Tia and I discuss where confidence comes from, how to cultivate more of it and what to watch out for.

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) at the end will help you to begin to release the distortion patterns that prevent us from feeling as confident as we’d like to be.

Without releasing these distortion patterns, we will never get to the place of ease with ourselves where we feel like we can grab life by the horns and enjoy the thrill of it.

Let’s rise together!

SUMMARY:

Many of us can feel that lack of confidence keeps us from being able to live our lives as fully as we’d like to, or keeps us from opportunities, relationships and experiences that we’d love to have. In this episode we discuss what causes us to lack confidence, the key to living your life with confidence, and how to access a deeper form of confidence that isn’t dependent on your sense of certainty about your abilities, the outcome, or your external circumstances.
