When Chris and I first moved to San Francisco from New York City in the late ‘90s, we didn’t realize what Californian culture was about.

I’d always heard references in the movies to the “out there” nature of things on the West Coast, and maybe had a sense that there was a lot of either hippie or surfer vibe going on, but I didn’t really understand how different it was from the East Coast where I’d grown up.

As we started to explore and make friends, we realized there was a huge number of people doing all kinds of interesting modalities to help you emotionally, physically, and energetically—stuff that just wasn’t happening back where we were from.

There was all of this emphasis on peak wellness that wasn’t at all as prevalent on the East Coast in the 80s and 90s. Now it seems more and more people are jumping on the wellness train.

I recently heard Oprah say on social media that “wholeness is the new wellness”.

From my perspective, wholeness IS wellness. Period.

When you feel whole, complete, and connected to the Oneness, Pure Source, or whatever you call that very highly vibrating consciousness from which everything derives and to which everything returns, the rest of the physical experience is icing on the cake, so to speak.

Tasty, but a cake doesn’t need to be delicious.

And if the cake is gross, no amount of icing is going to cover it up!

In this week’s episode, Fiona and I talk about what “wholeness” is, how it relates to wellness, how you can feel more of it, and what life can look like when you do.

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will begin to help release the distortion patterns that keep you from feeling whole.

Without clearing these distortion patterns, we just continue to feel like we’re lacking somewhere and in this constant chase for something outside of us to make us feel complete.

Let’s rise together!™
