WANT TO QUIET YOUR MIND? Click here
The first time I stayed overnight somewhere without my parents, I was 11 years old and on a school trip to Quebec City, the capital of the province of Quebec.

It has an old town and a ton of sites that were pivotal for Canadian history, like the Plains of Abraham where battles between the French and English were fought for the New World.

It’s only about 2.5 hours away by bus from Montreal where we lived, but it felt a lot further away.

I’d travelled before but it had always been with my parents.

I was a little nervous because I didn’t really know what to expect, but at lunch a few days before we left, one of the girls who was a couple of grades ahead of me was talking about when her class had taken the trip. She told me what she loved about it and where they’d gone.

Of course, the trip I took was different because the time was different and so were the people, but somehow knowing what her experience was helped me to relax and get some context for what my own trip might be like. It’s often that way — when something new isn’t a complete unknown, it can be easier to head off even when you’re not sure where you’re going.

In this week’s episode (#129) Tia and I talk about some common experiences that a number of people have in their journey with frequency work so you have some context for your own experience.

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) at the end will help to give you momentum wherever you are on the awakening path.

Without releasing distortion patterns and having a sense of where we’re going, it can take us longer than it needs to, to pick up some real momentum.

Let’s rise together!

SUMMARY:

If you haven’t already watched or listened to it, and you’d like to gain a broader background around the subject matter of this new episode, Episode 48: The General Roadmap To Ascension could be a good place to start.

As you rise in frequency resonance, here are some things you might notice:

  • Little shifts in how you perceive things. People or things that once triggered you might not bother you as much.

  • Purging. Mirroring what’s happening on spirit level, you’ll feel compelled to clear things out of your physical space — some of your possessions are no longer a frequency resonance match for you.

  • Friends dropping away. Your rise in frequency resonance might make people around you more aware of their own distortion patterns, which can be agitating for the other person even if they don’t know why. You might find that you no longer have very much in common with some of the people in your life, and you just naturally drift apart.

  • Processing other people’s distortion patterns. Others’ patterns may start to push in on you, and you’ll need firm boundaries to hold your space. At the same time, you’ll have greater awareness so you can realize that this is happening.

  • Seeing behind the facade. When people tell a story, it’s often not the truth. You may find yourself perceiving what’s really going on with greater accuracy — as well as the distortion patterns that someone’s running that cause them to say what they say or do what they do.

  • Feeling disgust for humanity. Pushing away from the ugly side of humanity may actually help buoy your resonance. It gives you leverage. Soon, you’ll realize the perfection in humanity even with all its imperfections. Life unfolding, ugliness and all, can be so beautiful.

  • A quieter mind. Your mind is still there, but the volume of the chatter goes down.

  • Boredom with your own (habitual) story. You’re releasing layers of identity.

  • Seeing the changes in yourself. As your behavior shifts — even in seemingly small ways — you’ll see liberation where you were once bound by your distortions.
