Have you ever had one of those days where you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed? For whatever reason, your day starts off really crappy, and it just goes downhill from there. Even before lunchtime you find yourself asking “can this day get any worse?”
When Chris and I were deep in our exploration of personal development there was a lot of talk of managing your state and your mindset so that even as those challenges presented themselves, how we showed up wouldn’t be as impacted.
It definitely helped to be aware of certain states and have some strategies to shift whatever state we were in.
It can be hard, though, if the day is bad enough or emotions start to spiral downward.
What’s really happening on frequency level when this is going on? And is it possible to change things on frequency level to make it easier for us physically, emotionally and mentally?
In this week’s episode (#121), Tia and I talk about mastering the frequency bandwidth that is us, what that means, and ultimately how to move the frequency bandwidth that we have access to even higher so we experience life from higher and higher levels of resonance.

Without doing this, we’re super susceptible to our external circumstances, and it’s very difficult to remain centered and neutral when we’re faced with challenging situations, other people’s stresses or even our own crankiness.
Mastering our frequency bandwidth means that who we are, what we feel and how we respond is of a much higher resonance — the life we experience is just so much better.

  • Most people aren’t aware that we actually embody a bandwidth of frequencies. How highly resonating that bandwidth is determines what you feel, perceive, and experience — both in the moment, and the possibilities open to you. 

  • How you’re feeling is an indicator of where you currently sit within the bandwidth of frequencies available to you. Are you rested, nourished, at ease? You’re likely resonating at the higher end of that bandwidth. If you’re stressed and sluggish, you’re going to be on the lower end of the bandwidth.

  • We’re born into a bandwidth that is determined by both lineage and how high our bandwidth got in other lifetimes. Your higher self may orchestrate key moments in your life that allow you to rise higher on the spectrum: learning about frequency work was likely one such moment for you.

  • Your higher self may need to nudge you a few times to get you to pay attention. If you hear about something a few times, it’s worth following that breadcrumb to see where it goes. It’s probably not random. As your resonance rises, you won’t need so many nudges. Your ability to sense, trust, and follow will clarify.

  • How you start and end your day are the most important ways to keep your resonance higher. Start and end your day by triangulating: intentionally entering the zero point of space and time. Anchored in the zero point, you feel more stable, grounded, happier, and are better able to co-create your reality. 

  • After coming into the zero point, spend some time away from your phone and other digital devices and become aware of your connection to Pure Source. Or allow yourself to experience something that nourishes you. You’ll enter your day and your dream state at a higher resonance, and you’ll get the most out of both.
