We all take in information differently.
Some of us like to know all bits and pieces and then can move into the big picture.
Some of us prefer to know the big picture first and then all the little details afterwards.
I’ve always been a really big picture kinda gal.
I’m curious about how things fit together on the larger scale and why things work the way they do.
When I first started with frequency work I found it a little confusing because I had all of these questions and it was hard to find satisfying answers.
So in this week’s episode (#131) Tia and I answer the top 18 questions that people ask us here at Spherical Luminosity ALL the time!
Even if you’ve been doing frequency work for a while, it’s very possible that some of the answers to these fundamentals will be an “aha!” moment.
One thing to note is that for some reason my mic had issues when we were recording this episode, and we didn’t realize it until long after we had finished.
Because of this, we had this one subtitled — if you usually listen to the audio version, you may want to watch the video version instead so you won’t have a hard time understanding me.

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) at the end will begin to help you clear the distortion patterns that still muddy your waters.

Until we release these distortion patterns, getting the clarity we hope for can be challenging at best and chaotic and crisis filled at worst.
Let’s rise together!

We receive a lot of questions at Spherical Luminosity, from frequency work newcomers and veterans alike.

In the first of this two-part series, Karen answers some of the most common questions we’re asked, such as:

  • Can I fail at frequency work?

  • How do remote sessions work?

  • Is listening to a recorded GFC as powerful as listening to a live one?

  • Other than detox, can there be any negative side effects of doing frequency work?

  • Is it possible to do frequency work and not experience positive life changes?

  • How long do I have to do frequency work in order for my life to substantially change?

  • Why is my outer world not changing when my inner world is?

  • Can you become obsessed with frequency work?

  • Do I have to do frequency work forever or can I stop at some point?

Tuning into the GFC at the end of the interview is the real catalyst for change. This week’s GFC will help you clarify your own distortion patterns, so that you can see them more easily and clear them more efficiently.
