I first heard of the Tao Te Ching, the primary text of Taoism, in college.
It was full of mystical promise. I’d heard about some of the principles without having read it, the action in non-action, being in flow with the universe – you know . . . cool esoteric stuff!
So I gave it a go.
I understood pretty much none of it. I re-read bits of it over and over again, but the whole text felt like a riddle that I just couldn’t “get”.
The only bit that I kinda understood was that there was a universal life force. If you aligned with it, you would feel like you were in flow with the organizing force of the natural world.
Yet I had no idea how to actually access this universal life force.
And I wasn’t the only one. Most of us don’t. So many of us believe or feel that our only available resources to try to make things happen in the world are our personal energy, will, and focus. And while we certainly can achieve things with those alone, it often leaves us feeling exhausted.
In this week’s episode, Fiona and I talk about universal life force, what it is, how we can tap into it, and what is possible for us when we do.
The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) meditation associated with this episode will help you to begin to release the distortions that keep you from accessing it.
If you’re feeling exhausted and want to increase your access to this infinite life force, there is also a deep dive available on the website called “Getting Into Universal Flow – Rest and Recuperation“.
Without releasing these patterns, we can feel like we’re constantly fighting an uphill battle with how much energy we have. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Let’s rise together!®
Do you sometimes feel like you have to do it all yourself? Like you’re struggling to keep up with everything that needs to be done, but you’re not quite making it. Sometimes it can really feel like you’re slogging uphill—but does it actually need to be that hard?
In this episode, we discuss universal life force. An unseen, infinite, massively powerful, and nurturing force that can help us feel energized and supported. We delve into what it is, and most importantly how to access it.
