I remember the first time I walked into an Ikea store.

There was a sea of products and what felt like a massive crowd of people jostling their way through the enormous, maze-like store.

Totally overwhelming.

It had just come to Montreal, where I grew up. I was in my mid-teens at the time, and I had never seen so much STUFF in one place. The layout of the store made it so confusing I had no clue which way to go to find what we were looking for.

My mom realized that there was a pathway that led us through the whole store, and we followed that.

Discovering that path made it more digestible, easier to understand, and easier to navigate. Finally, instead of just feeling overwhelmed, we were able to find exactly what we needed.

In this week’s episode (#164) Tia and I discuss where to start with frequency work, which can at first potentially feel a bit overwhelming because of the sheer breadth of it. For those of you who are new or newer to frequency work, this episode can help point out a pathway for you—and it’ll be very useful for those of you who are sharing frequency work with those you care about who are new to it, too. And even those of you who are more experienced, you may want to check it out to see if there’s something that you’ve missed!

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) associated with this episode will help give you more momentum wherever you are on your path.

Momentum, wherever you are on your path, is something that we all can use!

Let’s rise together!™
