When I was a kid, I used to have this recurring nightmare of being chased.

It was so vivid for me, I’d physically kick and thrash in my bed.

In my dream space, the resistance of my sheets made it feel harder for me to run in my dream space, so I’d kick harder.

Definitely not the best recipe for a delightful night’s sleep for the rest of the family if you’re all out camping in a tent trailer!

Now, we actually already talked about the importance of holding your space back in Episode 122. Since then we’ve had a number of people ask, can I hold my space in my sleep?

So in this week’s episode (#167), Tia and I talk about how to know when you’re not holding your space in your sleep and what you can do about it if you’re not.

The GFC (Group Frequency Calibration®) associated with this episode will begin to help you release the distortion patterns that prevent you from holding your space in your sleep.

If we don’t hold our space in our sleep, it can be hard to get a good night’s rest.

Let’s rise together!™
