I’ve recently discovered the Netflix series called Chef’s Table where they highlight extremely passionate, highly talented and creative chefs.

Part of the reason that I love the series is not only because I love food, I find the pursuit of mastery absolutely fascinating too.

Whether it’s a chef, a master weaver, someone who creates exceptionally beautiful wood furniture—whatever—the story of how someone came to be the creative expression that they are, what their journey was like, the lessons they learned along the way can add a whole new perspective on whatever it is they create.

Often I find it inspires my own creative journey.

Fairly frequently I get asked about my own journey, whether I was taught to do frequency work, and how I came into my unique abilities. Sometimes this is just out of curiosity, other times it comes up as people who have been doing frequency work for a while discover their own unique abilities starting to develop.

In this week’s episode, Fiona and I discuss how I came into my abilities, what lessons I’ve learned and what to watch out for along the way.

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will focus on helping you to release some of the ego mind distortion patterns that keep you from expressing whatever your unique gifts are.

Without releasing these distortion patterns, we can get caught up in our ego/mind and slow our own progress down in becoming the clearest expression of the uniqueness that is us.

Let’s rise together!™

SUMMARY:

Many people have asked me how I’m able to do what I do. How I have the ability to perceive people’s distortion patterns and affect things on frequency level. They want to know how I got here, and whether they can learn to do it too.

So in this episode, we discuss my journey to becoming who I am now, how it is that I’m able to work on frequency level, some of the important lessons I’ve learned along the way, and what to look out for if you choose to take a similar journey, but on your own very personal, unique path.
