I’ve always had a love for crystals and trees.
When I was little, I used to sing to the trees and I’d imagine them whispering and singing back to me.
And I loved collecting pretty rocks, especially if they had little sparkly bits in them. Those were definitely my favorite.
As I grew up, my feeling-sense of crystals sharpened. I always knew what part of the body a crystal could activate without reading anything about it, which ones were powerful, which ones were polluted with other peoples’ stuff, which ones were lifeless.
I hated going into crystal shops because it felt like I was being bombarded with all of whatever the crystals were amplifying.
Most of us have an affinity for animals, crystals or plants. Either one or some combination of them.
There is a lot of misinformation out there about these things, so in this week’s episode (#79), Speaking the Language of Animals, Plants & Crystals, Dennis and I discuss their nature on spirit level, what it means to “communicate” with them and how to hone your ability to do so.
The free Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) at the end is the most important part – it will help you to begin to recognize which of these three you have an affinity for and start to clarify and hone your ability to be with and communicate with it.
Without clearing distortion patterns around what communication is supposed to be and what with in our natural world, we limit the amount of information we can receive.

- Plants, animals, and crystals are useful because they’re of the Mother Earth frequency. They drop you into the collective present now—the current moment in time. But they’re simply tools, and as you ascend higher, you’ll no longer need tools in the same way.
Frequency work is the fastest way to bring yourself to a place where you won’t need tools. As you remove distortion patterns, you get clearer/brighter/more resonant—and more tapped in to Pure Source, the greatest power of all. Once you’re fully tapped in to that, other earthly things pale in contrast to the power and clarity of your connection to Pure Source. - Your work is a reflection of you. If you start to clear yourself, then your work will become clearer too. The healing you’re doing—whether it’s with plants, animals, or crystals—is from your beingness. It’s not about the tool itself.
- Crystals carry memory, and they can hold up to six programs. When you receive one, it’s important to clear it, and the best way to do that is with the frequency of Mother Earth—the GFC following the interview portion of this episode will help you do exactly that.
- Plants are amazing: they have consciousness, can sing, have the ability to pull things toward them and recognize people who care for them. Plants can be extraordinarily helpful tools to help us develop our sense of stillness and bring us into the collective present now. They can be used ceremonially. Using plants to honor the natural world is ultimately a way of honoring our connection to Pure Source.
- Lots of animals are helper beings—they take on our energy and process our negative distortion patterns. It’s possible, however, for them to get bogged down if our distortion patterns have gone unchecked for too long. They can get sick and start to symptomize—a clear sign for us that we need to start clearing our own stuff.
